Probably not the charger but…

I’m pretty sure the battery is not charging because I used several different chargers as well as the one I just bought from your company and none of it works.

Awaiting item

I have not received my package. I was told it was on the next flight. I’m in New Jersey and the item is coming from Yonkers. What is the hold up? It’s almost a month.

Haven’t received order

Can’t use my bike because my charger stopped working. Tried to get a replacement, after a lot of back and forth and promises to send me one they eventually had me order one. No problem… but I still haven’t received it and I can’t use my bike still. It’s been unusable for months.
