Would not refund order

I ordered a wrong charger and they wouldn’t let me return it because the package had been opened. It didn’t come in a package. It was put inside a shipping bag with no package. There policy clearly states 30-day trial on the website but apparently that’s only on E bikes and not the accessories. They offered me a discount on the next charger but I don’t think so. I’ve already ordered three chargers for this bike that do not work. I’m going to return the entire bike now.

Works pretty well

It got sent in 2 different packages at firstvibwas confused and thought ibgot scammed but the other half came in and im able to charge my bike bow no problem
