The M20's 48V 18.2Ah (873.6Wh) battery provides up to 100 miles of range in ideal conditions (flat terrain, Pedal Assist mode, moderate speed). Real-world range varies based on terrain, rider weight, speed, and riding mode. In Pure Electric mode on hilly terrain, expect 40–60 miles. In Pedal Assist mode on flat terrain, you can achieve close to the 100-mile maximum.

The M20 is designed for all-terrain riding. The 20×4.0" fat tires provide excellent traction on rugged trails, sandy dunes, snowy paths, gravel roads, and city streets. The tuned suspension system absorbs shocks on rough terrain, and the 1500W peak motor can climb slopes up to 35°. It performs well in wet conditions thanks to the mechanical disc brakes and fat tire grip.

The M20's 48V 18.2Ah battery takes approximately 6-8 hours to fully charge from empty using the included standard charger. For faster charging, a higher-amperage charger (sold separately) can reduce charging time to 4-5 hours. It's recommended to charge the battery after each ride and avoid storing it fully depleted.

The M20 offers three riding modes: (1) Pure Electric Mode — the motor does all the work, no pedaling required, maximum speed 28 MPH; (2) Assist Mode — the motor assists your pedaling, extending range and reducing effort on hills; (3) Pedal Mode — traditional pedaling with no motor assistance, maximizing range and providing a workout. You can switch between modes at any time using the handlebar controls.
